No oil outside 10-either side

Upgraded to Proximity sensors
JUST upgraded to Transfer Brush. Was having a similar problem before the upgrade but only on the outside 2 or 3 boards.
When I say no oil I mean NO oil not even a drop, bone dry.
Have checked the buffer brush and if anything it is too low (too much crush on lane), but can't raise it any higher. At the top of the adjustment.
Head timing is good, at least not getting any errors.
I have adjusted the oil tip as far down as I can without hitting the transfer brush, and just short of putting oil at the "V".

What would cause this, and what can I do to fix it?

You said you are not getting any head timing errors. Did you do a head timing adjustment check? Just a thought.

Did the head timing adjustment after posting. Seems to be alright now. At least I am getting oil on the outside now.
