  • HVO won't move

    Push start button and everything engages. No drive motor. Gives encoder error. Press 0. To return to foul line. Nothing.


    Speed control box? His can I tell? I do hear the relay click when I try to return to foul line

    Have you done a test and tested for voltage to the motor?

    There is a fuse in the speed control box i have seen blow..

        Glad you got it sorted,
        another way to check is lay the summit on the approach, enter the test function and press the forward or reverse arrows. You can set a power% if you wish. Pressing the up button will set the motor to travel forward, and down button reverses the motor.

          4:1 Timing off..

          *sigh* Hello friends..

          I had a 4:1 go bad and I've never seen or done one before. Trying to search the depths of the forums, YouTube videos, it didn't seem too bad....

          I’ve already repaired a a number of Franklin FE motors using the Bluffton-style end cap and terminal board kit (090-004-582)....
