  • kegel conditioner head with adjusting screw wears out

This is the second time that I've had to replace the conditioner head with adjusting screw. After about 8 months of use the conditioner head starts to get a lot of play in it. So much that you can rock it back and forth and you will notice it in the way the lanes play, they are not very consistent from night to night. i have checked belt tension, the straightness of the belt on the two pulleys, cap screws that attach it are not protruding into conditioner head , even checked the bar that the head rides on and it is very smooth.

It needs lubrication (light non detergent oil) every time the cloth gets replaced

I just use a little lane oil after I run a calibration test once a week.
