  • Kegel phoenix C with plenty of problems

Start off the night by preparing to dress lanes for league. Got 2 done then here come the problems!

H7 - Oil head travel error (done this before, no biggy just reset)

SA - squeegee down error ( ok bit annoying now)

S9 - squeegee up error ( getting ridiculous now)

D5 - duster unwind error ( pulling my hair out now)

D6 - duster wind up error ( practically bald now!)

All these take turns in popping up, so only managed to get 2 lanes dressed; great -.-

Had the same problem a couple of nights back, changed the squeegee mech as a pin was bent. All worked ok last night but tonight its hell again!!!!!

Any help given would make me love you all!

Make sure your terminal strips are all secure and snapped down tight

I would take the terminal strips off - and see if there is oil under them causing these issues

Looks like you may have lost the outputs from the tower relays that control the oil head, brush lift, squeegee, Duster motors and oil pump. I would check the common link wire in the A1 terminal on the back of the tower relays, this may be loose or out of the terminal.

The only time I have seen all those errors pop up like that is when the plc output fuse is blown.

Was it on the fuse holder?

              Good morning,
I have built a tester for the MP Chassis for the 82-70 machines. Instead of using the cam switches
I am using relays. My question is to anyone that may...

              4:1 Timing off..

              *sigh* Hello friends..

I had a 4:1 go bad and I've never seen or done one before. Trying to search the depths of the forums, YouTube videos, it didn't seem too bad....

Adapting the Bluffton end cap & terminal board kit to Franklin BE (and FE) motors.

Left a rant about this in the bowling forum…

I’ve already repaired a a number of Franklin FE motors using the Bluffton-style end cap and terminal board kit (090-004-582)....

              Turret clutch rebuild

At what thickness do you replace the clutch face.
Is there a minimum dimension from the clutch face to the rivet.

              Thanks...

Is anyone running the solderless relays on the accelerators? How do you like them? What brand? How difficult to convert was it? Would love the feed back as I'm about to switch...
