  • Model B Walker Cushion Roller cover

    Hi guys,
Just a quick one, I want to change out my cushion roller cover on my Walker, but according to the 2012-13 Kegel Catalogue there are 5 different sizes of cover, how do I tell what size I need?

    Cheers guys....

I may be mistaken but I thought the size was written on the inside of the cover in sharpie pen...

bugger, so that means I gotta remove it before I order it, refit and remove it again when I get the new one, lol I was trying to void that....

When I had the wrap, each year the foam gets squashed and the next smaller size may be needed. (black letter and arrow on back side) it does wear off. I went back to the standard foam because the wrap can get all wrinkled when the foam gets smaller than the covers. May not be able to do that with the spray wand. I have old spray jets.

The letters are about 2" from the edge of the cover so you only need you unwrap a small section. There is no need to take off the entire cover. If you have the spray jets I would not use a cushion with the wrap, you won't really see any added benefit. If you have the cleaner head, you MUST use a cushion with the wrap. The single cleaner head needs the larger cushion footprint in order to work.

I had to use the wrap because my wood lane got so depressed in the cold winter that the foam roller did'nt touch in the middle 12" of the lane. (wrap would touch all the way across)

Pin_Head, I believe we've already exchanged emails about this but just incase and just incase someone else might need this info.
Most of the time the cushion roller can get smaller in diameter over time. You can take a measurement of the diameter of the cushion roller without the wrap and order the needed size but if the roller is over 3 years old I would suggest replacing the assembly which will come with the wrap already on the roller. Also keep in mind when ordering the wrap it will come as a set so all you really need is one.

Below are the different Cushion Roller Wrap Sizes

              A – 11-1/2”
              B – 11”
              C – 10-1/2”
              D – 10”
              E – 9-1/2”

              I hope this helps

              John T.
