Great customer service from Kegel

Recently I had an issue with my Phoenix B lane machine that I just couldn't figure out. I emailed Terry Owens at Kegel Customer support and to my surprise I had an answer the following morning. This doesn't sound so impressive I know, but I am in Australia and I was very impressed with the response. The adjustments that were recommended fixed the machine right up and it is now running better than ever.

So thanks to Terry Owens at Kegel Customer Support fantastic effort. Keep up the good work.

Either a simple or detailed solution, the techs at Kegel return your calls as soon as they can which is normally no longer than next day.

We've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a return call. It is so nice to call a business, and have a person with a pulse answer the phone without throwing you into a 15 minute phone menu.

Kegel no doubt the best i have seen anyone return emails or calls when it comes to that...

Heck i think i emailed the Big " B " 4 times with in the past year on couple questions and still never received response, and all 4 emails were the same..LOL..

Kegel has bailed me out multiple times! Doug Dukes has helped me a ton and made me familiar with my kusty ion sport. Pretty much credit everything to him for showing me the ropes!

Living out here in Hawaii, we are very pleased with the speed of return calls and the guidance of these great technicians at Kegel. They saved me many a time from repairs to pattern advice for my old Kustodian.
