    Re: pattern for lane walker

Here is a pattern we have been running on Heddon synthetics, <15 yrs old>, prodigy @45 mic stream, w fizzion mixed 6 to 1. Should get you close then you can always tweak them.

    39 ft.
    2-2-2-10
    7-7-1-10
    9-9-1-14
    10-10-3-18
    11-11-2-22
    12-12-2-22
    2-2-0-22-33ft
    2-2-0-26-39ft.

    Rev to 29 ft @ 30
    14-14-2-22
    12-12-2-18
    11-11-2-18
    10-10-3-14
    9-9-1-14
    2-2-0-14

Not really sure how your surface would play compared to ours, but this pattern is really quite easy to get to the pocket with.
I got it fixed--too bad it wasn't what I was trying to fix.

The Heddon surface should play pretty similar to the Anvilane surface. Though 39' sounds a little short the rest looks pretty good.
Conditioner: Pantene Pro-V Brunette Expressions with Color Enhancer
Cleaner: Fabuloso Spring Fresh with Bleach Alternative
      Cloth: ShamWow!
      Machine: Johnny 5

Not for SC.....he needs all the back end reaction he can get.

So I take it SC has a 500 rev rate...10 revs down the lane and 490 on the way back?

10 on the way down might be too many.

8 on the way down....2 on the pit board.....490 on the way back.

I think that Navigate, Infinity, or Lubricity may be better suited for your surface. Open play vs league play is a factor as well. But Prodigy, in my opinion, is a little too hooky for the Heddon surface. I'll second Jerrys tweak.

King--you should see me now!! 500 revs would be a 'low' estimate now. I am getting all over it now--only in my dreams. 39 ft. seems to be sufficient on my surface b/c scores are really good. I do understand that not everyone can use the same pattern, I was just getting them started.

hey thanks king.I've ran this shot for the last three weeks and i my bowlers love it. (3 300'3 2 800's and many 275+ games) a few are complaining that there is not enough back end, but even they say the shot is better. i am still seeing some carry down but not as bad. i am getting a sample of infinity and will post back after switching. will i have to make any changes to the program or the machine when i switch oil's? thanks again
