  • Does speed kill?

How important is speed on a K+? How much does speed affect the break point and durability versus controlling the break point with the reverse brush drop?

I'm thinking that pattern shape from edge to edge can only be manipulated so much and the average bowler would not see a difference if a load was 9-9 vs 10-10. So I'm thinking that speeds and the drop brush have more effect on the pattern than the shape from edge to edge.
Guess what?! I got a fever, and the only prescription... is more cowbell!

Speed is very important....I think the best thing you can do is keep your buff speed at 22ips so the machines cleans well

And the drop brush has a huge effect on the break point

A change of speed at the front of the pattern can make a difference of whether there is 3 units at the end of the pattern or not.
