  • Kegal programs

Could someone please explain Kegal programing. I have had a Silver Bullet for the past decade and my new job has a kegal. I have no clue on what the numbers mean.
If it cant be fixed with a hammer, use a bowling pin.

On the pattern you have start and stop. These are board numbers where each stream of oil starts and stops. These are designated L or R for the left or right side of the lane. Loads is the number of streams between the start point and the stop point. Speed is in inches per second which is the speed the machine will be traveling for this part of the lane. There are also numbers to tell you how far down the lane this section of the program is running. This is in decimal feet from the foul line. These are labeled start and end. There are two sections to the program, forward travel and reverse travel. This should get you started. If you have more questions you can call me and I would be happy to help you. 734-649-5574
