Do you have the KOSI sotware, and dont change pattern untill you understand what yo have unless owner is breathing down on you....what do have now, lanes, mics, clean solution.
Why yes, we wax them everyday!

Your post was a little vague

      What is your exact issue?

The answer is probably in the manual

Unless he did something to it before he left OR you need to change a pattern, the machine should know what to do as far as oiling the lanes. If you need to change the lane cloth, be sure to reset the duster cloth setting when you change it or you can burn thru a roll in no time, plus make a mess on the lanes. And the manual will help you alot if you have it. If he had things password protected, you need to get a copy of Kosi from Kegel, I am sure they would give you the link to it.
