      Watch out for oil dry in the slide area, it kinda raises the grain and and makes it rough. I did some spots and then when sweeping you could really feel it catch on those areas. It will dry up over time. ( couple weeks)

        Quite some year ago i used salt on an area oil was spilled on and soaked into wood approach, It worked quite well with no affects

          I always use approach spotter, then follow up with approach conditioner using a 15" floor buffer with a white pad or burlap and go over the whole slide area so that it is consistent and not spotty.

          4:1 Timing off..

          *sigh* Hello friends..
