sidewalls and flat gutters

What do you use, if anything to cover these high traffic areas? We put polyureathane on in Sept. 3 coats and it is peeling like sun burned skin. We have phonelic side bds. with wood gutters. Thanks.

1. You do not coat the phenolic kickback - just the wood around it
2. Are the flat gutters wood or high density plastic - only coat wood gutters

If the coating is peeling off the wood - did you scuff it and clean the oil/dirt off with a cleaner?

How old are your synth. lanes? most come now with new plastic flatgutters.( phoenelic does'nt need coating) In your slow time you can make your own, 1 inch bottoms and 3/4 inch sides with routered edges. ( then you're maintenance free)

Have wood flats and phonelic panels nailed to wood kickbacks.

Did you use Urethane from a bowling company or from a store? the stuff at Lowes and Home Depot is not good for that application, it will peel. Also as stated, proper preparation is a must.
