  • buy back?

just bought my amflites. does QAMF buy back old pins? i have no where to store the old ones.

We bought a brand new set of pins last season and keep the old set in boxes. They don't take up that much room and after the season is over we store the new set and put the old ones back in.
Failed safety course.Question #1:In case of fire what steps do you take? Apparently 'Friggin long ones!" is the wrong answer.

Right, but I have no where to store these 70 boxes once they are swapped out. Right now it is so cluttered its rediculous. I only have 2 feet from the machines to the back wall.

You can try selling you old pins to Clearmont pin company out of Iowa. I believe they will come pick up, and don't expect to get much for them. They make birthdat pins with them and refurbish for other centers.

AMF/Qubica does occasionaly buy back pins but they dont give you much - I think it was about $5.00 a box (it that) and they paid the shipping to them. They make refurbed birthday pins with them also.

Shoot your RFM an e-mail and see if we are doing any programs with any companies that buy pins.

Dumpster will take care of that issue, or if there are shooting ranges in your area they may be interested in them. That's what we do.

I sell a bunch as "target pins" $1.25 a pin unless they buy in large bulk then I'll go a little lower! I keep price low so they move and don't just set around taking up space. Call sheriff and police departments and put the word out. I haven't called shooting ranges but that is a good idea though.

We use our old pins for birthday parties if they are not to beat up Do you have any other AMF centers near you that may want to use them as give away pins for birthday parties. If the pins are still usable maybe another center will want them to use in their machines.

Done Rite in Ohio is another place that will buy pins (if they are still in business). We also sold a few cases to hunters, target shooters, etc... probably make more selling them to pistol ranges etc...

                              *sigh* Hello friends..

I had a 4:1 go bad and I've never seen or done one before. Trying to search the depths of the forums, YouTube videos, it didn't seem too bad....

Left a rant about this in the bowling forum…

At what thickness do you replace the clutch face.
Is there a minimum dimension from the clutch face to the rivet.
