  • Bowltronic triggering

I have an older Bowltronic triggering unit on a pair of A's that will intermittantly trigger the left hand lane approx 3 seconds after the right hand lane has triggered. I don't know model as covers are gone. This happens about every 6 or 7 cycles, sometimes twice in a row. I have switched both PCB's in it with another unit, realigned the optics, checked all wiring and connections short off taking the whole system down, and still it does it. Never seen this before, anyone have any ideas maybe i am overlooking?

Had something like that awhile back. It turned out to be the optics in the trigger head. Over time the sensors start to go bad. Get in touch with Rick at BT and he can send you out some new ones.

You were correct. 1 sensor was weak apparently, Rick made me a new unit at a very reasonable price, problem cured. Thanks!
