Hi guys, got a few of these Lewus solid state start switches and wondering if we could make use of them on our combi motors. I've seen they aren't recommended for combi motors but if the instruction exists then they must work, right?!
I've got the written instruction but I like visuals. Has anyone got any pictures of the wiring for these start switches in the combi motors?
I've put a picture of what we have. We are waiting on a delivery of the normal boards so please excuse the mess of wires.

I used this starter before, but it was very difficult for me to adjust.
Now I use the solid state start switch from qubica amf, item 610309044. Plug and play
I find it strange that Qubica has these on their website as Combo start switches, and then says in the description that they're not recommended for combo motors! switch.jpg
Used them for years and National Combos. The quality of that part in later years made me move to the Cybernetics (tenpintec) Solid state switch. That the design that AMF licensed for theirs. Using those for about 5 years since they are easier to get state side. Still have some Lewus on some combos running for over 15 years. All the later ones have been replaced due to failure. Not sure why not recommended for Combos. except maybe the motor braking is not as good? Being Nationals not really an issue. Unless your really tight on money the wiring job is diffrent between the Lewus and the AMF one. So I just use the 610309044 for combo and save those for an BE motors.
