  • spotting fingers connector broke (how to fix?)

Hey gang, I'm at work now, still new and learning things, the small connector rod that connects the spotting finger mechanism to the diagonal arm rail that makes them all work together broke. I found them in the shop, how would I go about trying to replace it?

If you ever can't find it and grab a new one the lenth is VERY important. If too long the rest of the cells won't open all the way and could tip over pins on a new set. Too short and that cell will hold all the others open and it won't pick up the rest to clear deadwood.

Yeah, I noticed they were different lengths when I saw them in the box, however they seem to be adjustable by screwing them one way or the other to make them longer or shorter....I guess ya gotta look at the one that came off if it ever breaks.....
