  • mp chassis problem

    i got a chassis here the sweep relay stays ingaged looks like a farley new relay just seeing if i could get some thoughts thanks yall

    If you're referring to the contactor, check to see if the coil is grounded. The coil always has the 24VAC, it's the ground the logic cuts in/out to operate.

      yea everything looks good on the coil

        Check and see if the motor is running the right way. If it's running backwards I'd check the M-2 relay for welded contacts. Of course you might have a bad sweep run switch. Is the trouble in the chassis frame or the PC board?

          i put board on different lane to see if its in the board will get back at ya doctor

            see if the C1 plug pins, 17DD, 18JJ, 26BB, and 27FF are where they are suppose to be.

            4:1 Timing off..

            *sigh* Hello friends..

            I had a 4:1 go bad and I've never seen or done one before. Trying to search the depths of the forums, YouTube videos, it didn't seem too bad....
