I have noticed that i have had quite a lot problems with my ball detectors. I was wondering if anyone knew of the proper way to install them. I have heard of the string way and it doesnt seem to be doing it. Any help would be great help.

best way to mount them is to the concrete or you will have vibration from your kickbacks. seen it a ton of times. go to the concrete under your downsweep or you will have issues later on when your kickbacks start getting loose.
Maybe if you post a picture of the sensor and reflector, it would be easer to help you... Does it cycle when doesn't? doesn't cycle at all? you drop a ball in a lane and other cycles?.
