Have you checked the thermal reset on the motor to see if it is tripped. Might also check the machine side plug and wires for breaks. Might check the A/MC plug on the side of the wire way channel. Just thinking of the little simple stuff first. Fuses on chassis, terminal connections in back control panel, maybe a flaky switch.Live The Dream.

You can rule out instructomat by pulling the wires of the A&MC terminals 5 and 6 that go across the curtain wall to the black box. Then, scoring on/off won't have any of the control desk circuitry involved..

I would think it is on practise either thro scoring or at frameter.
Do as Ted says and ensure that the two pink wires from terminals 5 and 6 are removed from the A & M C box and not connected to any other wires. Touch them together and if machine comes on and you can cylce it, It proves that it is an instructomat problem.
