  • sweep problem 82/70

I am helping another center in littleton colorado. Lane on is doing the following > It has a zot chassie along with mix and match MP chassies - problem is when i push cycle sweep will run to 90 and table will run pick up pins and sweep will go back up to -O- start position leaving pins at hanging bananas - I have to run table down manually to set pins back on deck and have table go to -o- home position. on 2nd ball sweep runs normal going through its second ball cycle and spots pins like it should. Any ideas why on first ball sweep would reverse at 90 ?? Called AMF they say check my table micro switches any thought on this machine guys ?

Did you swap out chassis with known good chassis?

Did you check the micro switches, levers and springs as AMF suggested?

If it is a Zot Ultra98 chassis, it sounds like it's running an out-of-range cycle with Option #121 enabled (auto SWSR on OS)

Double check OS microswitch and/or temporarily disable option 121 to verify.
