  • 8270 ss chassis help

I have a chassis thats omega converted and c1-3 removed along with pin lamp traic.

The chassis on 1st ball sweep to guard table runs up and down constantly sweep never moves.
It i run sweep through 66-270 then it will return to 0 on its own and table stops and chassis goes to 2nd ball.

2nd ball runs fine except spot relay [in chassis] never engages to open shuttle and drop table to deck.
    table does run.

problem is in chassis not pinspotter or omega board.

    any thoughts?

    Thanks in advance!

Thanks They were changed with known good ones and chassis has same problem.

for S & G I also changed both S & T contact assy H relay c1 and c2a plugs and power didoes in heat sink.

      no change

      What am i missing?

Any one have any thoughts on a possible T1 fault?

      Thanks

For #1 could be a problem with where the sweep and table cam switch wires are in the C2 plug.

For #2, is the little white jumper board missing in the chassis? Without this board the spot relay never energizes.
