Yeah mate had 8 out of my 13 elevator black gripper belts delaminate..... Still work fine though, just not what you want when you fork out a fair whack of $$$$ new ones so I've been told won do it, I was told there was a bad batch going around

I have the same problem, thought we had a bad batch of belts. Replaced some of them, but they still do the same.

Had the same issue with 3 of 12 belts. Didnt cause any problems, and still returned ball just fine.
If it cant be fixed with a hammer, use a bowling pin.

Likewise, the ones that have started peeling, are still out there running and returning balls perfectly fine so they will stay there until they no longer work....

Yeah why not still use them? If they still work and don't cause any problems no sense in throwing an otherwise perfectly good part away- run them into the ground!

Yeah I'm all for a good solid PM schedule and replacing old worn out crappola, BUT it stuff is still working no point replacing things just for the sake of it.... UNLESS it is part of some form of upgrade etc...

Yeah what I find is great is even after they start to de-laminate, the rubber underneath is JUST as grippy.... I like em...

This seems to be a common issue across the board with the gripper belts de-laminating....

Yes, they do. I guess its lucky for all that they still operate without any apparent difference, otherwise the belts/product would be unfit for their purpose.

On the subject of belts, gotten any more orange dizzy belts mate?

I had a 4:1 go bad and I've never seen or done one before. Trying to search the depths of the forums, YouTube videos, it didn't seem too bad....

Left a rant about this in the bowling forum…
