  • 82/70 Will Not Cycle

Hi guys, I have a problem with one of my machines, I can't get it to cycle, The sweep and table will run independently with the push buttons of the chassis relays, I have checked the control box on/off switches, the 1st, 2nd stepper buttons, cycle button. Also the sweep will not run via the front end cam switches, Have checked the microswitches on the front of the machine, All the buttons are good with continuity, changed the capacitors in the wire channel, checked the c1 brick for burnt pins, Had a few singed so changed those out, Also checked the c2a plug to see if any of those pins were bent or pushing out when the plug was going into the chassis but its clean as well. Have tried swapping chassis as well but to no avail. My setup is the ELCO 6700 Chassis with Omega-Tec single board conversion with the scoring interface board installed as well, With qubica scoring. Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanks!

Try this thread. Further down in the discussion there are some pins on the c blocks to test to make sure you have voltage in the right spots.

It sounds like instructomat or a bad M1 relay.
