        That's cool!
        What a loud sounding center....must be no accoustical material in there. Can only imagine what a full house going sounds like.

            One of the ball lifts has a bearing that is ready to go out

              I would also be covering the sweep u-bolt assembly on the even lane - there is bound to be a ball from the odd lane overshoot the lift rail and hit the end of that pin causing damage

              Great fix tho!

                For new, the yellow rail cover does'nt look real good (cracked) Is this a normal material people have? does'nt look durable.

                4:1 Timing off..

                *sigh* Hello friends..

                I had a 4:1 go bad and I've never seen or done one before. Trying to search the depths of the forums, YouTube videos, it didn't seem too bad....

                I’ve already repaired a a number of Franklin FE motors using the Bluffton-style end cap and terminal board kit (090-004-582)....

                Is there a minimum dimension from the clutch face to the rivet.
