So. ...... that's the secret?. Well I do like how calmly the pins turn.

It is the O-pan wipe, part # 070011910. The trick is to get the pan low enough so the pins are able to roll off the pin guide as the video shows. I was extremely happy with them (as was my staff), the only thing is, you have to keep a spare set on hand for when you clean them, as the adjustments necessary to get them to work well, don't allow good pinfeed when they are not present. You would not believe how much dirt they pickup off of the pins!

I have had those on and yes they do clean the pins quite well, although I didn't want to mess with the adjustment part so I took them off.

We use the turn pan wipes here and, honestly, is a big part of how I get good orientation. (Amongst other things )

Pin wipes are great until someone forgets to wash them or they get old and do not stay on the pan with out paper clips or flipping the one side.

Well it's either a black cam or a really dirty white one..... lol

I think i see the difference in how the black cam moves the distributor to the 2, it seemed like there was a slight hesitation and it slowed down a touch, nicely.

Black cam has nothing to do with it. Notice the the head of the pin never touchs the opan rods then look to see how the bottom comes off with little angle. Belt grabs pin better little to no rocking.

I had a 4:1 go bad and I've never seen or done one before. Trying to search the depths of the forums, YouTube videos, it didn't seem too bad....
