  • Ring tube tensioners

    Just received the product from Stahls. Looking for some tips on how to assemble and install. Ive worked at a center that had them, but never worked on product. Thanks.

      Here is the Stahl's, works great! I ovaled out some 3 1/6 " to a 1/4" and that worked also.

          No the bottoms push down and out.

            They're easy to install. Most of the ones I did were while leagues were running on them! I recommend grease on the bushings though.

              I was going to say I change them while the machine was running but I did'nt want to get my pee pee slapped by some.

                  I've installed them while the machine was running... but i shut off the pit motor while i did the work and whenever they needed pins or their ball back i just turned it back on and paused my work until i shut it off again
                  Giving bowlers less to complain about, one lane at a time

                      do the flanges on the bushings face outward or inward? im green to the setup.

                        Out, flange next to the bolt head. The bracket sould move after tightening. I had one the would not move so I had to Lock-Tite it 1/2 turn loose on the slotted bolt. (if that makes sense)

                        4:1 Timing off..

                        I had a 4:1 go bad and I've never seen or done one before. Trying to search the depths of the forums, YouTube videos, it didn't seem too bad....
