Could there be a faulty interlock switch? Not familiar with Options so that's just a guess.

Did you try a board that is already working OK? Where did the other 3 boards come from?

could the cord from the machines have been run over on the ball track so your not getting a signal?

Also try a board from another pair that is currently working.
Sometimes we have to do stuff to get by....Just go back and do it right when the "by" has passed!!

The triac next to the board (with the 3 wires) does fail. that device turns on the motor via the control circuit on the board. jumping the 2 bottom wires on the triac will tell you the wiring is intact and the motor should run.
The 70 just shorts out the #1 and#2 terminal on the top. So to test the machine circuits from the A&MC, just jump those terminals with a 3" piece of wire.
                      .

Ted- don't think he's got a 1215 board w/ triacs as he said he tried forced on mode. I don't understand how it won't work in forced on unless as previously mentioned the interlock switch has a problem. Jump out the interlock switch terminal connections to confirm.

Like what's been said, with power off check continuity on interlock circuit with a meter. Maybe take the board out and have a look at the rear. I've had a few over the years when the track on the board has been broken. You could check continuity on the board with a meter.

If the options ball return works different than a C90 ignore this...but when my C90 interlock switch flipped the fan still works it just shuts down the lift motor.

I have built a tester for the MP Chassis for the 82-70 machines. Instead of using the cam switches
I am using relays. My question is to anyone that may...

                              *sigh* Hello friends..

I had a 4:1 go bad and I've never seen or done one before. Trying to search the depths of the forums, YouTube videos, it didn't seem too bad....

Left a rant about this in the bowling forum…

I’ve already repaired a a number of Franklin FE motors using the Bluffton-style end cap and terminal board kit (090-004-582)....

                              Turret clutch rebuild

At what thickness do you replace the clutch face.
Is there a minimum dimension from the clutch face to the rivet.

                              Thanks...
