  • Replacing Tin Nut

    Replaced all my tin nuts 724-070-002BG with 1/4-20 knurled nuts to prevent 730-027-019 Ball Stud from coming loose and causing respot problems.

    I did all the main carb links yrs. ago. I have'nt had any trouble with the rest.

          Yeah same, I don't have any of those crappy original ones on my machines, I have nylock nuts on all of them ......
          AS REQUESTED....The all new and VERY improved "super cool" Pin_Head with super hip shades.....

          4:1 Timing off..

          *sigh* Hello friends..

          I had a 4:1 go bad and I've never seen or done one before. Trying to search the depths of the forums, YouTube videos, it didn't seem too bad....

          I’ve already repaired a a number of Franklin FE motors using the Bluffton-style end cap and terminal board kit (090-004-582)....

          Is there a minimum dimension from the clutch face to the rivet.
