Hi
I'm looking for a Mechanic's Corner tech tip from the early 1990's I think around 1993. about respot cell adjustments. I liked the way this tip sheet went through the necessary steps. However I've misplaced the sheet. If any one has that sheet I'd like to have my memory refreshed on the order in which to do the adjustments.
Thanks
we don't use any manual at my bowling centre, but we use a tool that is the correct width of the respot cell, then we just close the cells manually all the way, open them with our fingers as far as they go, then put the tool in there to see if they are too tight or too loose, then adjust them that way
it seems to work fine for us, with no pin stands that are caused by faults with the respot cells.....
Yeah, but it makes a difference where you insert the guage between the fingers. I usually like to go half way. aslong as the finger grabs the pins right above the top stripe of the pin, im happy. it also help to adjust the 2 screws on the fingers. But not to tight. Lots of things that u can adjust in there. Just my thoughts.
Can somebody give an explaniton how pins 2, 3, 6 are supposed to be connected. I had a shortcircuit there for the drive motor connection because of water leakage.
I have a distributor that is pulling the belt hard to the left in the nine pin position (and possibly 6 pin), but seems fine in the other spots. As you can see the residue and...
I have several Pin Elevators that I believe to be out of round on my XLi's and was curious if anyone has ever run across this before and is so, what you did about it.
I'm...
