  • Salary question

What kind of money should one expect/ask for for running one of the busiest 60 lane centers in the country? I have a job offer to do just that. I've been a head mechanic for about 10 years and all I've ever worked for are family owned houses with 32 lanes or less. I really don't know what to expect or what they are going to expect of me.

    Any info would be great
    fix it

    Re: Salary question

It's all relative to the area & the company. I know Head mechanics who are making as little as $9.00 & as much as $25.00. Can you give us more info?

      Re: Salary question

The Area is a very large and growing city in the midwest.(pop. 900,000) The company is AMF. Like I said it's a 60 lane center with 2000 summer time bowlers and close to 4000 fall leage bowlers. Price per game open play around 3.15.
