Need some help! I have a chassis that keep's blowing the CB-1! Tracked it down, I think to the maneger's control circut. The T-2 check's out fine,Pri. and Sec., changed the the T-1 tran's. The chassis is MK converted, I dont think that would make a diff. though. Just a little lost! If I dont figure it out soon( I already have about 6 hour's into it) then it's going to get a "gravity test"

    Ed,

Did you check the diodes in the chassis??

If memory serves me right. i side of CB1
is 24 volts. The diodes provide 24 volts for
the contactors. If 1 of the diodes is blown then cb-1 becomes the load and trips the breaker.

    just a thought

Same lane? Disconnect the K&L plug..may be short in off-limit wiring or a compressed off limit rod. Also, i had a few incidents where the bleeder resistors for the sweep and table motors loosened up, and the lower tabs on them grounded into the J-strip terminals.
I may not always be right, but I am never wrong.

Guy's, thankyou! What I found (well sort off) was that it was comeing from the PR-5, since we have Brunswick scorring and can no longer use instructo-mat I just took the easy way out and disconected the coil for the PR-5! It's working fine, for now!

Rake sweeping out of time, and pin launching onto lane.

I work on some nice old Brunswick A-2 pin setters. Most issues I've come across haven't been to problematic to figure out. But being I can't seem to get it to recreate the issue...
