                          Trash it. I do not use the metal clamps. I just use wire ties around the clamps. Seems to be quicker and easier to get into.

                              Its a picture of the C-1 C-2A strain relief thread guards. Normally they look all squished like an old womans pantyhose around her ankles. This happens to be a photo of a new one.
