Hello guys I have a lane that on first ball sweep drops to 66 sweeps standing pins off the deck and just about gets to the back of the pindeck then the table starts to come down to respot and naturally i have an interlock. i changed the chassis and the prob went away. my prob is what in the chassis would cause it to interlock like that. it is a ss chassis with omega-tek short stike cycle conversion. any help would be appreciated

first guess would be the first chassis is letting the sweep drift @ 66 enough to open the SC lever. after time delay sweep and table run at same time until it interlocks.

replace sweep contacts, check C1 plug for bad pins. or adjust SB cam on the lane with that chassis to stop the sweep earlier.

coors the sweep doesnt seem to be "drifting" @66. It runs to 66 stops the starts to run. the table dont start to run till the sweeps almost to the back of the pindeck. [img]/content/btubb/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/confused.gif[/img]

Double check the lower SWP contacts. If the TBL doesn't start until SWP is at 180, there should be enough time for the SWP to get out of the way before it interlocks. If the SWP & TBL are starting at the same time, (after the time delay) they'll interlock in the position you're describing.

Are you getting the proper pin count on the expander?
Are you running with or without the table cable?
Is the jumper in the correct position?
Does the X light come on but the TBL runs anyway?
Have you tried that board in the chassis that's working? Malfunctions on expanders are rare but they do happen.
