    black humpback belts

    Hey guys. Anyone having trouble with the "hump" on the newer black belts splitting [img]/content/btubb/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/eek.gif[/img] ? The other center I work for put in 2 black belts last fall, and within the last 2 weeks one developed about 7 splits down to the thin part of the belt. I don"t know if the owner contacted Lifelong yet.

    If the install is correct they do not split.

    Check the lift arm for center and height.

    No ball centering bullets on the end of the lift rods.

      I have 5 pairs installed and have had 4 of the black belts split, and the 5th one is currently still on the machine and is split. I'm sticking with them because I love the fact that Lifelong guarantees the belts. It just gets to be somewhat of a pain to pull a lift when the belt goes. Thats why I haven't gotten to this recent belt as yet. But they ARE INSTALLED CORRECTLY.
