I want to know why the suppliers call us up, ask what type of pinspotters (or pinsetters) we have and then send us catalogs for the type we DON'T have? Seems like by sending what we have, they might save on printing costs and hold down the costs of parts.

That's true. I always get catalogs for AMF and Brunswick. My supplier makes these notebooks every year to give to there customers and they make them all the same. So that means I have to flip thru the B stuff to get to the AMF and Vantage stuff. The Brunswick stuff is always in the front because Terry has B machines in his centers and he likes them better.
Give me a hammer and some duct tape and I can fix it!
