• 82-90 XL Chassis'?

Does anyone have any wire diagrams for the 82-90XL small chassis?

Also looking for replacement LEXON face plates.

I have 200 82-90 XL's in stock and I have 10 bad chassis as well as some worn face plates.

MARK
you don't need any diagrams for the XL chassis!!
most of the time it's dust that builds up on the
IC chip legs and blowing them out doesn't get all
the build up of stuck on dust between the legs.
what you need to do is open up the chassis and spray it down with some good strong cleaner and let it sit for a few minutes, then rinse chassis out real good, then while chassis is still good and
wet power chassis up and remaining dust will be
blown right out of the chassis and your done. tell DAVE&DAROLL hello for me.
if you need anymore help don't hesitate to ask!

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Use nonconductive 'electronics wash' to rinse it out.

Best stuff I found for general chassis and electronic cleaning is ECG Electronics Wash RX200-20 and ECG Contact Cleaner / Degreaser Wash RX400-20. You can read up on 'em here (You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader):

Stuff works great... I get 'em locally from Wallco Electronics, but many electronics dealers and such should be able to get them, too...

Hey cujo, Dave &amp; Daroll said hi, they asked where you were working and what your number is.

I have a few chassis that the strike cycle and sweep reverse quit running. Alot of the machines are that way because overseas they do not use them.
