What is the differance between 82-90's and 82-90XL's???
only as I dont Know which are ariving in our package yet!. which one would any of you pefer?
I don't know for sure, but my guess would be if there is any difference it would be in the chassis/electronics. The 82-90 is the same mechanical machine as the 82-70 so there really can't be any difference there. I'm sure somebody on here can give you a more definate answer.
Give me a hammer and some duct tape and I can fix it!
Ken ,
Not a STUPID question at all
Main difference is the 82-90 uses table wires to the Grippers ( Respot Cells ) as the 82-70 does
Also the Chassis for the pair is different to the 90XL , Actually in some ways it is a better chassis for the mechanic as it gives you more info as to "What the machine is doing right now" via an LCD display , rather than just LED indicators on the 90XL chassis.
There are a couple of other differences that I cannot think of at present .
If you are familiar with 82-70's , the 82-90 or 90XL will be a simple learning curve for you , they are a no sweat machine

I have worked on both...30's and 70's...and I prefer the A-2's...but I know guys that have done the same and prefer 70's/90's. Just a matter of opinion. So, lets not argue about which is better...(didn't we do that a few years ago) ...just help those that have questions.
OK...I vented...I feel better now...LOL
PS didn't "B" win back then???
