i found out after almost 3 months of trial and error asking and trying what was causing my dists to swing in certait pin areas ( for me it was the 2-8 pin areas) it was divits under the tube part no. 070-006-004 on the side with the concentric bearing i sanded the divits down and the problem went away just thought yall might want to know ive seen it posted alot but this was never mentioned i never thought to look there because i did not think it had any thing to do with that problem.
