We've been using Maintenance Parts Bin from Nathan Hunt Software... Works pretty nice. The only thing is that it's a blank system... you have to enter your own part numbers to get it rolling. Once you have your database pretty much complete, it rolls right along. We just started entering the data a little at a time, and we had it set up pretty quick.

If you have Microsoft Access and are looking for a cost free alternative that you can customize for yourself, try the Microsoft office web site. They have several Database Inventory templates to choose from free. Of course, you have to input the part numbers yourself, but I like having the ability to customize the database for MY needs an MY center.
