    Ok guys... you may think this question is real stupid, but im a tad confused, in the AMF service manual it states with the distributor safety link you adjust it so as the link is no greater than 3" from the lock-nut to rod-end , what im unsure of is, where do i take the 3" from , from where to where? is it from the lock-nut securing the link that sits inside the tube and to which rod end etc?? sorry for appearing to quite dumb!!
    AS REQUESTED....The all new and VERY improved "super cool" Pin_Head with super hip shades.....

    If I had to measure 3"......I just pull out my snickerdoodle and measure away.
