    frame counters

    Does anyone know where to get frame counters fairly cheap? AMF wants $120.....need 7.
    not going to go that route. Would it be fairly simple to install an electrical counter in the back end...just like the ones in the managers control box?

    yes casey, get a DC counter <<like at the desk, and hook it to your shuttle solenoid, or drive a cuple hours north and come remove mine.

        Thanks to the installation of scoring systems that control the machines off/bowl/instructomat functions, "Frameter" desk boxes aren't really even needed anymore. If you look around a bit, you can probably get a whole unit (8 lane control)for parts from an installer or machine reconditioning company for a good deal. Take out the counters, and tie them right into the lines that feed the front counter units.
