• Shuttle Straps

I am installing Stahl's shuttle straps across the house..........on all but the 1,2 and 3 pins.

They require extra clearance on the 4,6,8&9.

Their straps are unbreakable and "tighten up the shuttle.

Here is how I do it:
1. Purchase 1/4 by 2" Grade 8 bolts for the install.
2. Adjust your shuttle up to the bin as close with retaining reasonable clearance.
3. Install the 7 new straps.
4. Drill a 1/4 hole in the bin support bracket....070-006-371.
5. Insert a 1/4 x 18 x 1" bolt from the underside.
6. Insert washers on bolt to obtain necessary clearance between straps and cups. I usually put in 2 or 3.
7. Install nut on top of clearance bolt so it canno fall out if bin is moved.

Yeah okay, and why do you need the 1/2" bolts?
Pinspotters do not break down when they are not running!

Sorry Mike.....they are 1/4 x 2.....there is a washer on each end and you have to use a longer bolt.
