I have used the "Red Blaster" full contact, they are the only ones that will work on some lanes. BUT they wear out fast. It might be we don't know how to adjust or set up the kickers/ball lifts too. The former owner used them before we bought the place. Most of the kickers in our alley are the white murrey style, if they work they seem to last along time.During the 3 years we have had this place, I've bought alot of the red blasters and no new murreys. Didn't need any, they don't seem to wear out. BUT THEY DON'T WORK ON EVERY LANE.
      Good luck

I've used those murrey white ones both round and 3/4 style with good success. However some lanes demand a softer kicker to work.I've recently tried those vantage red "cam"type---dfferent part # for odd and even lane. When using these I had to take some kicker spring tension off--these kickers really pull the ball in good.I would highly recommend the ZOT blue sawtooth main filler pad(very soft)this way you will less likely of a ball getting wedged and burning up a kicker. Those black original strips are trouble(too hard-no give).

            Re: Kicker Rollers

The ones w/ different part numbers are the "Red Lighting Kicker Rollers" from vantage. I have used almost all from hedway to quality to murrey to vantage. The red full contacts are good. SOmetimes they get a little oil glazed and you have to rosin them up a tad bit. Other than that there the best kicker on the market next to the murrey whitie.

            HEY ED FOX....where's my kicker?!?!?!?

The red full contact kickers are very good, but the black ones are even softer! The bad thing about the black ones is when a ball slips on them, they grind down almost instantly. My personal favorite is the 'football' shaped ones.

The mold to mass-produce my kickers will be around 6K and after the production run I'm looking at 12K with out selling one. I would love to help every one ASAP but I cant afford to bust out 12K with out knowing that I will at least get it back.
