ok I've had this problem on 2 lanes for awhile now I keep getting 2 pins stacked in the 6 and 10 pin bins Its always the same ones ..heh i can't catch it doing it you probably know the routine sit on the machine for a couple of hours and it does NOTHING wrong then walk away come back and bam there it is ...I have adjusted the clutch, lubed and adjusted somemore. one of them I even rebuilt and it still happens..any ideas???

If it is the 6&10....it is probably too little clutch tension.....
I would also check the stop blade/trip arm adj.....make sure it clears the dist stop fully....if not adj. the eccentric rollers and trip arm to allow indexing.

I would also check the stop blade. the other thing I would look at is if your ecentric rollers are adjusted OK and the rod (I do not have number here) the eccentric rolers are on is not bent. When I have this problem I usually end up replacing that rod and adjusting the rolers. Poof the problem goes away. [img]/content/btubb/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif[/img]

Make sure the rails are parallel to the trip arm. Eccentric adjustments critical here. Compare the stop with the distributor at #1 vs #8 or 9 to help determine if the distributor is running parallel..
