i have another cassie that will not power up i checked the fuses the ci and c2 plug and elco plug they all seem fine the m relay is good when i took the m relay apart i put it back in and pushed the contacts in and the chassie turn on and cycle fine. what else am i missing? t2 transformer is also good. chassie does not work on any other mach .Tags: None

buffalo jim, I would check pin # 2 and pin # 28 on the elco terminal strip in the chassis. Make sure there are 2 prongs on each pin. It is very common for one of the prongs to break off. Pins # 2 and # 28 connect to the masking unit switch.
Also check pins 15v and 23n on the C2A chassis block . These 2 pins connect to the A&MC plug, which in turn, connect to the managers control switch.
MarkThere is light at the end of the tunnel - just be sure it is not a train.
