  • Back End Electrical Problem

I have a Back End motor that is not getting power.
It is not a chassis Problem...not a motor problem. Motor is plugged into the electrical outlet constantly running now. My problem is a voltage drop somewhere. Inside the Back End Control Box is a terminal strip that the motor is supposed to be hooked up to. This strip is only putting out 25 volts, instead of 115. Can the terminal stip be causing this drop? Any clues as to where my drop may be?

    Re: Back End Electrical Problem

Casey, The terminal strip ( TSC ) connects to TS 19 , and TS1A1 in the wireway. I would check voltage at those 2 terminals. If voltage is low, check C1 plug pins 45w , 46aa , 13L, 21d, 16z, 34p. ( you will have to remove the chassis to get to the terminal strip, connect your meter leads, then replace the chassis ) .
