    Sweep contactor chatter..0-66` only

    Definetly in the chassis,but it only buzzes from 0-66' [img]/content/btubb/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/mad.gif[/img] ....the rest of the sweep operation is quiet & machine runs fine.

    ideas?

    I never had a "10" ;..but ,one night after closing,..I did five " 2's" !

      Annoyance is gone..Just replaced the contacts.

        same problem here. Turned out to be the lane a card in the LIU. worth a look. Swop the boards around and see if it happens to another lane! note - will be 8 lanes above, or below the original lane!

          A centre in Oz had same problem as Alistair. Apparently it was only happening when a Omega-Tek or XOP Board was used, was happy with the 5 Board set-up. For memory it was something about Lane A boards being used for AMF mach., but were actually for Brunswick. Something about different diodes??.
          Will try and find out more details.

            Lane C boards are for Brunswick machines...aren't they?

            4:1 Timing off..

            Adapting the Bluffton end cap & terminal board kit to Franklin BE (and FE) motors.

            I’ve already repaired a a number of Franklin FE motors using the Bluffton-style end cap and terminal board kit (090-004-582)....

            Is there a minimum dimension from the clutch face to the rivet.
