Re: 70 budjet
This One Is Kind Of Hard To Figure. Pins/Scoring/Sanding and or screen and coat? I Do Like JK's $500 figure. But he has Fake Wood. Is He facturing in replacement? If Not; I shouldn't have to figure sanding & screen n coat. If at first you don't succeed, try, try, again. Then quit. Re: 70 budjet
So, I have 16 lanes @ $500.00 per lane which comes up to a total of $8,000. Take out $3,000 for a company to come in and screen and coat that leaves me with $5,000 per year or $312.00 per machine. Is that enough for a full year?? I need a couple of people responses on this one please!!

Re: 70 budjet
In 2002 I spent $3650 on pinspotter parts.
That would leave me a generous amount for cleaner and lane blocking fluid.

Need Some Wiggle Room???? Make it $1,000 per lane. But this must include all repairs and maintenance.

Re: 70 budjet
Over here in the uk i have a budget of £1300. about $1800 a year. From that I have to buy everything between the step on the approach to the pinwheel at the back of the machine and monitors suspended in the air.
Here are couple of examples of rip off uk prices
We have 27" wells gardner monitors. Board repair £90 ($135.00). To repair the tube £130 (Approx $200). This repair is not done by AMF, some guy on his own. AMF charge 2-3 times more.
Just bought a worm gear for a RH Back End Westinghouse. £152.00 ($220.00)
To replace all gears in a planet gears, shaft and housing on a westy combo £235 ($329)
Average motor rewind £100 ($140)
the list is endless. If you have a motor go in the same month you need lane oil and detergent. Your in trouble. Oh yes and ball, pins and customers hire shoes have their own budget. Once shoes and balls ordered you can normally get some pins.
Hard Life ! But love it

Re: 70 budjet
Best center I ever worked in had a budget of 100.00 a machine per month @ 40 lanes was 4000.00 a month. Every other place has been less. I'd say an average of about 40.00 to 60.00 per lane per month.
