    Please HELP!

    I have two (2) lanes both even, (#2 + #4)
Where the ball just idle's in the exit.
    Sometime's they spin sometimes not.
I have replaced everything and adjusted everything.
Yet i have NO probs on the adjacent lanes??
Any advice would be apreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Re: Kicker help

Make sure your stater pad brackets are not worn out. I had that one last winter. Also, I had good luck shimming the kicker back away from the filled plate using distributor belt glued to the rubber bumper. Let us know what you find!!

      Re: Kicker help

Is the lift too low or high?

      Kicker spring tension too tight.

Try a thin bumper in the fill pad.

Try a thick bumper in the fill pad.

Check to see if the starter pad is centered.

Glue a small bin bumper to the fill pad tab that rests against the lift rod cover to alow the ball in more.

      Try football kickers.

      Try Ed's kickers.

      Try Murrey's kickers.

      Try Vantage kickers.

      Try the directional kickers.

Try the Zot fill segment sawtooth rubber.

If this does not work just put in a Humpback.....877-belt-300

Also , make sure the bumper in the large filler pad is not hard . It needs to be soft so it can provide resistance ( to stop the ball from spinning ) so the kicker can " spin " or " twist " the ball into the door and under the ball lift.

          Re: Kicker help

I would also check the bounceboard/pit supports-especially the ball door side, if you have a bad pit support and the bounceboard is too low, you'll get the problem you are describing.

            Re: Kicker help

Make sure that the filler pad is centered in the ball exit, and that it's secured well. If it shifts too far to one side, the side with the wider gap will have problems with balls idling under the lift.

                Re: Kicker help

As abbeygrl said....make sure your bounceboard is higher than ball exit...the ball MUST fall into the exit off of the bounceboard or the ball will just sit there.

                  Thanks for the responce.
I tryed diffrent filler pad rubbers and kickers.Ball lift assy is at the right height.
Bounce plate and brackets are good.

What diddn't look right was one back end to another. (#3 diddn't match up with #4)
                  Could this be my problem???
