    ok on 21&22 this thing has come up where 22's b.e. motor will run off 21's chasiss when I turn 21 on but when i turn on 22 21 will not run off 22's chasiss so its a one way thing? can't find anything wrong any ideas??!     Ok, disconnect the BE motor plug on 22, just to check it's not electrical.

    My guess is the problem is in the lower PBL pulleys. Probably the clutch pulley on 22's side.

    If you remove pit belt off 22 also, you can see the pulley spinning. This is quite common, but strange when you see it for the first time.
